Medec Infra Private Limited offers comprehensive surface finishing services to ensure durability, aesthetics, and corrosion resistance for all fabricated products. Our advanced facilities include a state-of-the-art pretreatment plant, powder coating booth, and curing oven, all designed to meet high industrial standards.
Pretreatment Plant
Our pretreatment plant features 10 tanks constructed to precise specifications: Tank Size: 3000 mm (length) × 1000 mm (width) × 1550 mm (height). Operations are PLC controlled for accurate and efficient processing. The tanks include:
- Degreasing: MS construction with water heating, insulation, and lining.
- Water Rinsing (2 tanks): MS construction without lining or heating.
- De-rusting: MS construction with lining, no water heating or insulation.
- Water Rinsing (2 tanks): MS construction with lining, no water heating.
- Activation: MS construction without lining or water heating.
- Phosphate: MS construction with water heating, insulation, and lining.
- Water Rinsing: MS construction without lining or water heating.
- Passivation: MS construction with water heating, insulation, and lining.
The plant also includes a water heating system with a hot water generator and a batch-type water drying oven for curing.
Powder Coating Booth
Our semi-conveyorized powder coating booth is equipped with a powder recovery system and designed for large-sized articles. It features adaptable booth openings for future needs and air circulation to contain overspray. Two manual operators work back-to-back for complete coverage.

- Operator Openings: 2 openings each measuring 1000 mm (height) × 800 mm (width)
Curing Oven
The curing oven is designed for efficient drying and curing of coated products, ensuring optimal adhesion and finish quality.
RO & DM Water Purification
Input to the water tank is provided through an RO purification system and DM water treatment plant, ensuring high-purity water for all processes.
ETP Plant
An Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is installed for non-polluting operations and recycling of wastewater, promoting environmental sustainability.
Powder Coating Guns
Powder coating guns are MITSUBA make, providing reliable and high-quality application.
Spare Booth
A spare booth is available for small jobs, offering flexibility in handling varied production requirements.
